The most awesomest place on earth- because the great Dr. Patel is there! I totally admire Dr. Patel- in the 10+ years that he has taken care of my needs, Dr. Patel has never fallen short of 'Professionalism', hat's off to him for that! Dr. Patel is gifted in the knowledge of the meds he dispenses- I'll go as far as to say, the man is a genius. I'm grateful to have a patient/doctor relationship with this doctor- he can fix anybody's problem with a little time. I strongly recommend the best- Dr Dhiren Patel!

I love this place. I have been going to see Dr.Chad Collom for almost a decade and he is amazing! There's a reason I've been going here so long. I've had no problems and they've always worked with me!

This is to replace a review posted by Kate Kirby aka Raymond Gates, who has been posting fake reviews all over the internet and lives in Derby, KS and not Dallas, Tx.

Chad Collum is hands down the best!!!!! I’ve been seeing him for over 4 years now and he has truly made such a difference in my life. He has helped me overcome mental difficulties that I’ve had since childhood. 5 Stars!

Excellent in every aspect. Dr. Patel and his staff really do care and go the extra mile. Would highly recommend. Looking at the other reviews, the main complaint seems to be the phones are not always answered the 1st time. If that deserves a1 star review, then you shouldn't post such a petty irritation. The complete opposite is actually true. Once you have an appointment, Dr. Patel and his staff are incredibly efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Solace. Namaste Dr. P and to all your staff!!

Dr. Patel makes himself available to his patients more than other psychiatrists, is organized, and professional. Good doctor.

Dr. Patel.... What can I say about a man who changed my LIFE! He's a great listener, and no- he won't just give you what you want, he will give you what you need. TRUST him, even if it's not what's normal he knows! He's the doctor! Best man ever!!!!

I've only had the pleasure of being a patient at Solace for 6 days, today, and would just like to say to anyone out there that wants help with addiction to reach out to the compassionate, caring people at Solace Counseling. The 1st person I met with was Bobbie Allen, my admissions counselor. She is truly an angel in disguise! She was so compassionate, but with tough love as well, but seemed to know right away how to talk to me. And believe me, I was a mess that 1st day. I was so frustrated by the time I got to Solace, after being turned away from, ......., (I don't know if I should mention the name of the facility), and sent to another one that didnt even do opiate detox, that I was ready to go use drugs. But Miss Bobbie assured me that they could help me & I knew in my heart she was right. It's like when you feel a connection with someone that you know is sincere and not just bullshitting you, I felt that with her. She was very efficient in getting all the info she needed from me & writing down what else was required that i didn't have with me. She went above and beyond the call of duty of just doing the admission process with me by listening to me, and not stopping me to just finish the paperwork, as i was a mess & really needed someone to talk to right then. She is a great asset to this wonderful place & I truly believe a lot of people would just walk out before the admission process was finished, me being one of them, if she hadn't been there for me. It takes a very special person to have the love, compassion, empathy and warmth in their hearts like Miss Bobbie, to deal with all the people that come into her office everyday. You can see it in her eyes. I know I'm older than her but wish I would've had a mom like her. I have been to several rehab facilities over the past 6 years and I never felt that I could, would, or did get the treatment I need. I personally think the big difference, in my case anyway, is that the people at Solace treat you as a person, not a number. It's a very close, personal, environment that makes me feel at ease and even excited to go every day. From the receptionist, admission personnel, counselors, doctor, nurses, and the efficient office personnel behind the scenes, I feel like they really care about each person that walks through their doors. I'm on my way to a drug free life and know i can count on them to help me achieve my goal. All I had to do was surrender. It feels great for the 1st time in over 10 years to know I have found the help I've wanted & needed. All i had to do was ask. You guys are all Angels in my eyes!!! With My Deepest Heartfelt Sincerity, Thank you ALL!!! AND KEEP COMING BACK T. A. 03/03/16
